IT Supporter

Tasks:

• On-site and international First-Level IT Support (in PL and EN)
• Analysis, evaluation, and solutions of IT problems
• Coordination and follow-up of more complex issues with subsequent IT departments
• Maintenance of the international IT service management system (e.g. tickets, assets)
• Installation, configuration, and maintenance of IT hardware such as computers, peripherals, communication solutions and presentation equipment
• Management of on-site projects and support in group wide IT projects
• Supporting staff with IT concerns in the area of infrastructure and applications
• User instruction in the handling of IT resources
• Technical documentation and training

Requirements:

• Knowledge in the installation and configuration of client systems with Windows
• Knowledge of the common Microsoft applications and services (Active Directory, Exchange, Teams, SharePoint, Office)
• Basic Knowledge in all relevant IT areas such as networks and servers
• Independent, structured and goal-oriented way of working.
• Team- and service-oriented
• Open and engaging manner
• Good verbal and written communication skills (Polish and English)
